With his extensive expertise in advisory services for start-ups and growth companies, Hitesh leads the Transactions practice at Jindagi Live. Prior to joining Jindagi Live, he has served as the CFO of VIVO Healthcare, further amplifying his wealth of experience.

Subhash Aggrawal holds a comprehensive track record of over 38 years in finance, accounting, MIS, taxation, and corporate restructuring. With extensive experience across diverse sectors such as manufacturing, retail, wholesale, and service, Subhash has developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of these industries. Holding prestigious qualifications including an M.Com, LLB, and CA, Subhash brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.

Nitin Jain brings over 12 years of experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, M&As, and JVs, working with esteemed clients and marquee investors. He has hands-on experience as a dynamic business and strategic consultant. Nitin has also been a fund management committee member and has reviewed a book on equity valuations from IICA.
He is a founding member of several start-ups and an active mentor on various venture platforms, including incubators under AIM and NPC. Nitin has worked in sectors such as Financial (BFSI), Telecom, Renewable Energy, Technology, Consumer, and Healthcare, representing diverse and high-growth innovative ventures.
